Bookkeeper Job Available

The current bookkeeper for the company I work for will be going on her maternity leave soon and we’re looking for someone to take over her duties for at least the next six months (with possible option to hire).
The position requires someone who has knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel. You will be responsible for AR/AP, payroll, billing, month-end close, bank reconciliation, etc.
The company is located in the Santa Ana/Tustin area (at the 5 & 55 freeways). (Sorry to my San Diego and L.A. friends, we’re only looking for Orange County residents. We are looking to fill the position ASAP though…) The work schedule is Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5 pm (but we are willing to consider a part time schedule). It pays $35-40K/year.
